At Willow Tree Therapy, we provide individual psychotherapy to help you navigate difficult emotions, behaviors, and relationships. Our approach is grounded in cognitive behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, brief solution-focused therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Interpersonal Therapy.

Child
Therapy

Willow Tree Therapy is aimed at helping children cope with and resolve a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. This may include issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, anger, school-related problems, family disruptions (such as divorce or loss), and more.

Adolescent
Therapy

Adolescence can be a challenging time of change and growth. Willow Tree Therapy offers therapy for adolescents to address issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationship challenges.

Perinatal
Therapy

Pregnancy and postpartum can be a time of significant change and adjustment. Willow Tree Therapy offers therapy to support you during this time, including addressing issues such as mood changes, anxiety, and relationship changes.

At Willow Tree Therapy, I believe in a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy. I am trained in a variety of evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, brief solution-focused therapy, and interpersonal therapy. I will work with you to identify your goals and develop a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve them.
I graduated with a BA in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work. I have been in practice for 14 years and my professional experience includes perinatal mental health, outpatient mental health, primary care practice and school based health centers. I am married, have two kids and a dog. Willow Tree Therapy is focused on helping kids, adolescents, and pregnant/postpartum clients. I have a passion for working with clients during these unique life stages. Creating a warm and welcoming space where clients can feel comfortable and supported is my main goal.
  • In order to use insurance for mental health services, a diagnosis must be made, which will be part of someone’s medical record.
  • Some people prefer to do private pay if they either do not want to use their health insurance or do not currently have health insurance.
  • Initial evaluation is $195 and follow up sessions are $180.
  • For payment, I accept cash, checks, credit cards and HSA/FSA debit cards.
  • I am currently in network with Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Optum, Regence (Blue Cross), and United.
  • Out of Network: If your insurance is not listed above, and you would like to submit for out of network reimbursement, I can give you a superbill for the sessions. You would give the superbill to your insurance company. It is strongly recommended that you contact your insurance in advance to find out what your out of network mental health benefits are.
